Privacy notice

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This notice is governed by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and is written to the high regional standard so it serves visitors across Latin America.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Kernux, based at Guatemala 366, Tabachines, C.P. 36615, Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. For any privacy matter you can write to us at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form: name, company, contact method (WhatsApp or email) and the message about your process. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data for the sole purpose of contacting you and following up on your request. We do not use it for advertising or any secondary purpose without your consent.

4. Transfers

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. To process the form submission and deliver your message we use Resend (resend.com, an email delivery provider) and Cloudflare infrastructure (site hosting and email forwarding to our team). Both operate servers outside Mexico, so your data may be processed abroad: this is an international transfer. Beyond that, there are no transfers.

5. Principles

We process your data under the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, fairness, proportionality, security and accountability.

6. Data subject rights

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent and to request the portability of your data.

7. How and when to exercise them

To exercise these rights, write to us at [email protected] or at our registered address (Guatemala 366, Tabachines, C.P. 36615, Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico) stating your request. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.

8. If you believe your rights were violated

If you believe your data protection rights were not respected, you can turn to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority responsible in Mexico since the 20 March 2025 reform of the LFPDPPP.

9. Cookieless analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not profile visitors. See the Cookie policy for more detail.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when necessary. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
